Our History
PB Trade started over 30 years ago by helping businesses connect across borders, initially under the PB Marketing Company brand, then PB Trade and Marketing Company, LLC. We organized trade missions that brought buyers and sellers together and built strong relationships with manufacturers and growers across Africa, Asia, Europe, South America, and the U.S.
As we engaged in more transactions, a recurring challenge became clear, many of our clients had promising opportunities but lacked access to the funding needed to bring them to life. We set out to change that. By building a global network of leading banks, hedge funds, insurance providers, and private investors, we began unlocking capital for trade, infrastructure, and development projects around the world.
We opened our first international office in Ghana, which quickly became a hub for trade across West Africa. From there, we began supporting not just import-export activity, but also large-scale energy, infrastructure, and humanitarian projects, offering full-service, fully funded solutions to both governments and companies.
That early work laid the foundation for who we are today. PB Trade has grown into an international advisory and project services firm, helping clients fund and deliver high-impact projects around the world. We also launched PBK Developments Ltd. in Northern Ireland, UK, our own engineering, procurement, construction, project management company, working closely with Kilmurn PPS Ltd. and other tier 1 construction partners.
Through every chapter of our growth, one thing has remained constant: the desire to make a real difference. From clean water and reliable energy to stronger infrastructure and access to opportunity, we’re committed to supporting projects that improve lives, strengthen communities, and increase self-sufficiency.
